    Payments may also be paid to Imports By Neyra Limited via: M-Pesa Paybill No. - 516600 Acc No - 111109 or

  3. The client explicitly waives its own standard terms and conditions, even if these were drawn up after these standard terms and conditions of sale. In order to be valid, any derogation must be expressly agreed to in advance in writing.
  4. Our invoices are payable either before or on delivery of goods, unless another payment timeframe is indicated on either the invoice, order or contract.    
  5. All our contractual relations will be governed exclusively by Kenyan law.
